LUDINGTON - A root-based Spectrum Health Grand Rapids take Memorial Medical Center, Mercy Health Partners Muskegon announced its first practice in the primary care of Mason County. The hospital system announced Monday the opening of doctors Sable Mercy Health Partners Family Care Center, 300 S. Rath Avenue, Suite 102, Ludington away.
Dr. John Cooney and assistant Brent Johnson are the new providers Point Arena. Practice serve as a medical home in Ludington and surrounding areas. The practice offers services that visits to the office everyday, prevention, treatment of chronic diseases and the needs or emergencies that may occur for newborns to elderly patients belong.

As for the new practice, said Dr. Cooney, "We offer a new medical home for the community. Sandpoint Family Care is a place where patients an exceptional, accessible care and person-centered expect from those that are good for those who have been hospitalized and need aftercare. "
Cooney, who specializes in family medicine, received his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Johnson received his master's degree in physician assistant at Central Michigan University. The two previously practiced in Hart.
Mercy Health is planning to raise an additional supplier for the location of Sandpoint in the fall.
Sand Point Family Care is the first medical Mercy Health Partners primary care in the area of Ludington.
Mercy also offers neurosurgery and cardiology clinic in Mason County. Neurosurgeon Dr. Rick Edgar seeing patients at a monthly meeting to practice sand point.
Mercy Medical Health Partners West Shore Cardiology has been serving the community since 1981 Ludington. His eight cardiologists provide inpatient consultations, echocardiography outpatient appointments on the same day and the interpretation of the nuclear stress test in cardiology clinics are held twice a week at 7 Atkinson Drive. A new unit of clinical cardiology, monthly, helps patients with pacemaker and defibrillator monitoring and adaptation.
