Dr. Kapoor receives UBC Alumni Achievement Award for Global Citizenship

Videsh Kapoor directs the Department of Global Health in the UBC Department of Family Medicine and is co-founder of the University   Global Health Initiative. The initiative has helped improve the quality of undergraduate education at UBC, vocational training for students with a wide range of disciplines and give them the opportunity to projects in Uganda, India, Honduras, Kenya and Canada. Dr. Kapoor provides leadership in the development of programs in global health UBC and is a respected lawyer and inspiring health to improve, both at home and abroad.
