VERNON - A visit to the Rolling Plains on the ground "practices to improve / water soil health and soil protection" is, on August 14 of the Texas A & M AgriLife Research, the Ministry of kept Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service and local soil, the United States and water conservation districts.
