The prices of fast food consumption changes, on the other hand, were surprising. In stark contrast to the initial expectations of the contribution of the fast food rose with household incomes of up to $ 60,000 per year. Once families had reached that mark in revenue, the average consumption of fast food began to decline.

It seems that the economies of the home-cooked food on offer is sufficient to avoid for those who eat no reason, many low-income families. For middle-class families, the convenience of fast food with no problems seem to be more attractive.
