Asian restaurant closed for Boston BOH for crimes of many health


The Boston Public Health Department issued the closure of the restaurant next to the health code violations.

Rape: The proper hand washing / Where / When / How

Comments: Employees observed handling dirty and clean dishes with the same gloves. Employees observed washing their own reusable gloves and educate basin ensure that all employees handling food, and in the practice of hand washing. Handler observed washing hands in a food preparation sink. Employee observed wiping hands on apron.

Comments: Clean Washer not rinse 0 ppm chlorine 150 F (has information about the machine a high temperature dishwasher) conflicting information, dishwasher has a hook chlorine.

Comment: The interior of the ice machine.

Violation: Sewage and Wastewater
Comments: broken water pipe

Injury: Connecting the Cross, sucking, suppression
Comments: re-issue and the combination of direct sink waste of groundwater and process water (for plumbing and gas inspector Hugh Ngo).
Location: Keller preparation / dishwashing

Abuse: insects, rodents, animals
Comments: The flies in the kitchen (main preparation) offer complete treatment for extermination and exterminator licensed fly.

Comments: toxic chemical missing original label.
Location: Ware washing space

Violation: PIC duty

Comments: 3 officers certified in food protection staff on site. Several risk factors for recurrence / critical and non-critical violations. All employees must be properly trained in food safety and health in their tasks. Sewer back on 21/08/14 and John Gullage building manager informed me that the water was turned for 25 minutes because of a sewage problem. Responsible person and / or the owner did not notify the Office of Public Health.
