Mental health problems affect four fifty-nine Australians during their lifetime.
Some people have casual "low" in their lives as they face personal challenges, such as changing the school or work or relationship breakdowns. Other people may be affected by disturbing situations such as homelessness, violence and drug life. While others are assigned to a level in the long term due to a mental illness.
Learn how to identify their feelings and find ways to deal with depression, is a very important skill to learn; and something that is often lost in our society. Working in another plan if you deal with your feelings and if you need help, you can be an even greater challenge. And then, if you know that you need help; Job where you can turn to for help and it may be too intimidating and be scary, especially if you feel weak and isolated.
Consequently, the Rotary Club of St Kilda is having a Mingle our Community Mental Health Forum focuses on youth issues, August 26, at St. Kilda Town Hall.
