"The governor has the right idea," Tania Charette, Health Program Specialist, Utah Department of Health said. "Children who attend with their parents, through support activities, such as eating frequent family dinners are less likely to use harmful substances likely to be successful in school and have better self-esteem and lower rates of obesity."
